OK. I lived through this one. At eight years old, I experienced one of many nasty storms that sweep across Nebraska’s skies. I was hoping to make the story funny, but when that didn’t work out, I concentrated on the facts, nature versus imagination. Of course, monsters live in that damp, dark cellar.
